- Once production is complete, orders are shipped immediately.

Orders are shipped from production facilities in the EU, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, depending on the customer's location.

- Australia: 5-12 business days

3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Since we use regional production facilities, orders are not subject to import taxes or customs fees in most cases.
- If any customs fees do apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If your order is significantly delayed, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier first.

7. Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
