  • Production time varies but usually takes 1-5 business days before shipping.
  • Once production is complete, orders are shipped immediately.

  • Orders are shipped from production facilities in the EU, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, depending on the customer's location.

  • Typical delivery times after production:

    • Europe: 3-7 business days
    • United Kingdom: 3-7 business days
    • USA: 5-10 business days
    • Canada: 5-12 business days
    • Australia: 5-12 business days
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like carrier delays, customs processing, or holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
  • Free shipping may be offered for certain order values or promotional periods.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Since we use regional production facilities, orders are not subject to import taxes or customs fees in most cases.
  • If any customs fees do apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier first.

7. Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
