Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

Since each artwork is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or there is a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging
  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders are sent to production within a few hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If production has not yet started, we may be able to process a cancellation and issue a full refund.

4. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement.

5. Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Each reprint is carefully produced, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and printing processes. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
